Video Seam Tracking and Mill Control Systems for Tube Mills

• A Tube Mill Control for production of continuous TIG welded tubing on pipe mills producing tubing using stainless steel, inconel, copper etc.
• The VT300 Video Seam Tracker controls the weld torch on continuous welded tube so that it follows the seam, using a video camera and a high magnification lens system giving minimum deviation of the weld torch and the seam.
• Interfaces to the weld power source, tube haul or puller, tube cutter etc. Easy operator programming of the process for accurate and consistent welded tube production.
