TIG Miniature Wire Feed System

• Precision wire feeder system with a digital speed readout and fine speed adjustment 0 to 5m/min.
• DC servo drive standard wire sizes 0.6mm to 1.6mm.
• Double wire guide delivery unit for confined space.

Wire Feed & Arc Voltage Control System

• A combined wire feeder and arc voltage control unit for Gas Tungsten / Plasma welding with touch and retract facility and torch positioning.
• A micro-computer controlled unit with two servo channels for the wire feeder drive and AVC slide, dual digital displays for programming wire speed and arc voltage references.
• The unit fully automates the wire feed start and stop synchronised with the weld arc.
• The wire stop includes a wire retract facility.

Electron Beam Wire Feed Unit

• Designed to operate within a vacuum chamber this four roller wire feeder is capable of driving aluminium wire.
• The integrated feeder and wire guide are remotely positioned external to the chamber by separate XYZ servo axes.

TIG/Plasma Wire Feed Unit

• A dual roller wire feeder with tensioner for driving wire into the weld pool it has maximum efficient speed up to 5 metres per minute.

Miniaturised Wire Guide Unit

• Three axes of movement for restricted access weld applications.
• Angle axis maintains wire delivery position.
